The sole purpose of Drogo Pets, is to create a benchmark for other pet stores by being more responsible and concerned. Well-being of our animals and prevention of cruelty to animals is of utmost importance.

We share a part of our proceeds for various conservation projects and also create a gateway for interested individuals to network and connect with various conservation organizations. Individuals or Corporate entities can chose to volunteer or contribute to a wide spectrum of conservation projects.

Drogo Pets is a venture headed by Mr. Shayan Ashraf, A young business entrepreneur, and director at Pearl Group of Companies having over 4000 employees and a diversified structure running various ventures, from shipping and logistics to hospitality and security.

Mr. Ashraf, has for over 2 decades been participating in rescues and contributing in animal welfare programs and was also actively involved in recreational fishing programs that contributed to data surveys and species based population density research in the state of New South Wales, Australia.

He is an avid and responsible pet keeper having successfully housed animals from every category: Birds, Fish, amphibians, Insects, crustaceans, reptiles and mammals. He is also in the midst of publishing species specific literature to aid in better pet keeping for beginners and advanced level pet keepers. This will reduce casualties and increase the lifespan of pets by exploring a better understanding of essential requirements such as the space, habitat, diet, temperature, humidity, hides , accessories, substrates, water PH, compatibility, handling and overall behavior and temperament. A happy pet is a healthy pet.
